Pesara Garelu


Ingredients:
  • Moong dal – 1 cup 
  • Chopped onion – 1
  • Green chillies – 3 chopped
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tea sp
  • Curry leaves
  • Rice Flour – 1 tb spoon and 
  • salt to taste.
Method:
  • Soak Moong dal for about three hours. 
  • Grind to a paste. Add onions green chillies, salt and rice flour. 
  • Make vadas and fry in hot oil. 
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney.
