Egg Bajji is a famous street food in India.Egg are placed in flour dough and deep fry them to form a Bajji.It tastes good when taken with tomato sauce.

- Egg -- 3 hard boiled quartered
- 1 cup Besan flour/ Gram flour
- Water as required
- 2 tbsp Salt
- a pinch of Soda Bicarbonate
- 1/2 tbsp chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Asafoetida
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder
- Oil for deep frying
- Make batter of besan flour with required quantity of water.
- Add into batter- salt,soda bicarbonate,chilli powder,cumin powder,asafoetida and garam masala powder.
- Dip each piece of egg in the batter and deep fry till light brown.
